Digitizing of objects

agathon utilises high tech digitizing hardware to scan real objects and transform them into three dimensional CAD (computer aided design) files, which can be used as basis for design improvements and new developments. The accuracy is to within a 0,05mm tolerance and creates an exact digital copy of any scanned item. The aquired data can also be used to validate volumes, extract details and compare objects.

Scanning objects is seamlessly integrated in agathon’s design process to guarantee an efficent handling of your development project.
